5) Concentrate and imagine that you are lying peacefully along the seashore.

6) Focus on the waves of the ocean splashing on your body. Feel the fresh smell of the ocean just right beside you.

7) Imagine your half body is slowly sinking in the ocean water while cleansing and giving a refreshing body.

8) Focus on the ocean sinking your piles. Fee that after an ocean splashes you, it will wash away the discomfort and the pain you have been feeling.

9) Allow yourself to see this picture for a couple of times. If you are disturbed or cannot focus, try to find a good spot on your bed. Hemorrhoid and Meditation: The Sitz Bath Technique

1) Prepare all you need such as a bath tub filled with warm water. The level of water must be until your hips when you sit on the tub or about three to four inches high.

2) You have the option of adding a few tablespoons of Epsom salt on the tub filled with water. Do not add foamy soap.

3) Partially lie down or sit down inside the tub.

4) Close your eyes. Feel your breathing. Slowly lower down your breathing rate to put your body calm and relax. It will also help to lower the level of blood pressure.

5) Perform deep breathing. Create in your mind a picture that your piles are washed away.

6) Feel the comfort and soothing relief that warm water and Epsom salt provide.

7) Do the steps for a couple of times each day.
